Tampa Trolleys Cigars: Made in Tampa at El Reloj
Tampa Trolleys is a J.C. Newman cigar brand produced at the company's historic El Reloj factory in Tampa, Florida. The cigar was created as a reference to the cigar-making history of Ybor City, once one of the most important cigar manufacturing centers in the United States.
Unlike J.C. Newman's Nicaraguan-made Brick House, El Baton, and Perla del Mar brands, Tampa Trolleys are produced in the United States. The current cigar uses a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper with Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos.

What Is the Tampa Trolleys Blend?
Tampa Trolleys use an aged Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper over Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The darker Broadleaf wrapper and mixed Dominican-Nicaraguan interior blend distinguish Tampa Trolleys from many of the other cigars produced within the broader J.C. Newman portfolio.
Tampa Trolleys Churchill Size
Tampa Trolleys are produced in a 7.25 x 52 Churchill format. The long 52-ring cigar is the standard format for the current Tampa Trolleys blend and is the size offered in current Cigars N Cigars inventory.
Where Are Tampa Trolleys Cigars Made?
Tampa Trolleys cigars are made at J.C. Newman's El Reloj cigar factory in Tampa's Ybor City. Built in 1910, El Reloj is the last operating large cigar factory remaining from Tampa's historic cigar-manufacturing era.
How Are Tampa Trolleys Cigars Made?
J.C. Newman produces Tampa Trolleys using hand-operated antique cigar-making machines at El Reloj. This production method differs from fully hand-rolled premium cigars while retaining direct involvement from experienced cigar makers during manufacturing.
Tampa Trolleys and Ybor City
Tampa Trolleys were created to recognize the history and culture of Ybor City. Tampa once supported a large cigar-manufacturing industry centered around Ybor City, and J.C. Newman's El Reloj is the last operating cigar factory from that era. The Tampa Trolleys name connects the cigar directly with that local history.
Tampa-Made J.C. Newman Cigars
Tampa Trolleys are part of J.C. Newman's U.S.-made cigar portfolio produced at El Reloj. The Tampa factory also produces Factory Throwouts and other American-made J.C. Newman cigars, while separate premium cigars are hand rolled there in limited production.
