ACID Cigars: Infusion, Wrappers and Vitolas
ACID occupies the infused side of the Drew Estate portfolio. The cigars are produced in Nicaragua using selected tobaccos together with proprietary curing, blending, and infusion methods. Unlike traditional premium cigars, where wrapper, binder, filler, fermentation, and tobacco origin generally define the blend, ACID cigars also use aromatic components as an intentional part of the finished cigar.
The portfolio includes several wrapper styles and a particularly broad range of dimensions. Compact Krush and Blondie formats sit alongside 5 x 54 Kuba Kuba cigars, longer Cold Infusion formats, larger Kuba Grande sizes, box-pressed cigars, and Maduro and Candela variations. Because Drew Estate does not disclose complete tobacco specifications for every ACID blend, individual cigars are best compared using verified wrapper, size, shape, and ACID family.

ACID Kuba Kuba
ACID Kuba Kuba is produced in a 5 x 54 format and is part of Drew Estate's ACID Blue family. Its dimensions place it between a conventional Robusto and the larger ring-gauge cigars found elsewhere in the ACID portfolio.
The Kuba Kuba name also appears in several related expressions. Kuba Kuba Maduro retains the 5 x 54 dimensions with a darker wrapper treatment, while Kuba Kuba Candela uses a green Candela wrapper. Kuba Grande extends the concept to a substantially larger 6 x 60 format.
ACID Kuba Kuba Maduro
ACID Kuba Kuba Maduro retains the 5 x 54 dimensions associated with the standard Kuba Kuba while using a darker Maduro wrapper. This makes wrapper selection the most visible distinction when comparing the two cigars at the same size.
The matching dimensions provide a useful comparison within the ACID portfolio because length and ring gauge remain constant while the wrapper expression changes.
ACID Blondie
ACID Blondie measures 4 x 38 and is one of the smaller handmade formats in the ACID collection. Its shorter length and narrow ring gauge give it substantially different proportions from the 5 x 54 Kuba Kuba and larger Toro and 60-ring formats.
The Blondie format is also produced in multiple expressions. Drew Estate's current ACID portfolio includes Blondie, Blondie Maduro, Blondie Gold, Blondie Candela, and the larger 5 x 54 Blondie Belicoso, making the Blondie family useful for comparing wrapper and shape variations.
ACID Cold Infusion
ACID Cold Infusion is produced in a long, relatively narrow 6 3/4 x 44 format. Compared with the shorter and thicker Kuba Kuba, the Cold Infusion dimensions increase length while reducing ring gauge.
That size difference changes the physical proportions of the cigar and the relationship between wrapper and interior tobacco. Cold Infusion is part of Drew Estate's ACID Gold family.
ACID Atom Maduro
ACID Atom Maduro is a 5 x 50 cigar in Drew Estate's ACID Gold family. Its dimensions are close to a conventional Robusto and provide a more traditional premium-cigar format than the narrow Blondie and Krush sizes.
The Maduro designation identifies its darker wrapper expression, while the cigar retains the infused construction that defines the broader ACID portfolio.
ACID Krush
ACID Krush cigars measure 4 x 32, making them among the smallest formats in the ACID portfolio. The narrow 32-ring gauge creates a substantially higher wrapper-to-filler proportion than larger cigars such as Kuba Kuba or Kuba Grande.
Drew Estate produces Krush in multiple ACID families, including Blue, Gold, Purple, and Green. The common 4 x 32 dimensions make these cigars particularly useful for comparing different ACID expressions without changing vitola.
ACID Candela Cigars
ACID Green is the Candela-focused portion of the portfolio. Candela wrapper tobacco retains its green appearance through a different curing process than the darker wrapper leaves used on Maduro and other ACID cigars.
Current ACID Green formats include the 4 x 32 Krush Green, 4 x 38 Blondie Candela, and 5 x 54 Kuba Kuba Candela. These sizes parallel familiar ACID formats while changing the wrapper style.
ACID 20
ACID 20 was developed to mark the twentieth anniversary of the ACID brand and is produced in both Maduro and Connecticut expressions. The current line includes a 5 x 50 box-pressed Maduro Robusto, 6 x 50 Maduro Toro, and 6 x 50 Connecticut Toro.
The two 6 x 50 Toro versions provide a direct size comparison between Connecticut and Maduro wrapper expressions, while the box-pressed 5 x 50 Robusto changes both dimensions and cigar shape.
ACID Blue, Gold, Purple and Green
Drew Estate organizes much of the ACID portfolio into Blue, Gold, Purple, and Green families. Blue includes familiar formats such as Blondie and Kuba Kuba, Gold includes Cold Infusion and Atom Maduro, Purple contains several aromatic specialty formats, and Green is centered on Candela-wrapped cigars.
These families are more useful for understanding ACID than treating the entire brand as one uniform blend. Individual cigars can differ in wrapper, dimensions, shape, tobacco composition, and infusion profile even when they share the ACID name.
