Dissident Soapbox Toro Gordo is a handmade 6.75 x 54 Nicaraguan cigar crafted at Fabrica Oveja Negra. A Brazilian Sumatra wrapper surrounds an Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan fillers for a medium-full strength profile.
Originally launched by Dissident in 2013, Soapbox was later overhauled at Fabrica Oveja Negra. The Toro Gordo offers a layered character of pepper, rye bread, nuts, earth, chocolate, and baking spice, with its ample format allowing the blend’s savory and sweet-leaning elements to develop gradually.
